You can get a full refund by returning your order within 14 days. All returned clothing must be unworn (tried on is OK) and in the same condition you received it in.*
How do I return an Item?
Please send us an email to email@example.com with order number and we will reply with instructions of where to return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. We will email you when your refund has been processed.
Because Pink Virtue offers free shipping applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. You pay to ship your return to us. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Items that are dirty or have been damaged or stained will not be accepted. Items returned damaged, stained or dirty will not receive a refund.
Do you do Exchanges?
Exchanges can only be processed if we made an error on the order. We can only process exchanges if the product is currently in stock. If the product is currently out of stock, we will process a refund instead of an exchange.
**If you need the exchange in time for a special event OR you don't want to risk your size selling out by the time your exchange is processed, we recommend you simply purchase the product/size you need ASAP while it is still in stock and choose the shipping speed that works best for you. Then return the other one for a refund.
